Draft King Analysis
Okay, now let me get this straight. The Eagles traded up to get Shawn Andrews, perhaps the second-best offensive tackle in the draft... and they intend to turn him into a guard? Then they take Matt Ware, a hybrid free safety/cornerback, and intend to make him play CB? They should've been the team to take Jammal Lord and put him on defense, not Houston.
Actually the Ware pick should work out fine, as he can play both spots. But the Andrews move really baffled me (and other draft pundits). I figured that the move would be to snag Steven Jackson (I keep finding myself saying that though for several teams), but it was not to be.
But even if some of the moves made here seem strange, remember that the Eagles landed Javon Kearse and Terrell Owens in the off-season as free agents. That trumps just about everyone else.
