Draft King Analysis
With the shoulder injury of Kenechi Udeze as a major concern for some teams (apparently including the Houston Texans), the Texans decided to take the man regarded by most as the second-best prospect in the draft, Dunta Robinson, at the #10 spot. They gave up a great deal to then move up and take Jason Babin at #27 (thus filling their DE need). The fact that Tennessee agreed to that trade tells me that the Titans had a much different outlook on Babin than Houston did.
One interesting move was the Texans taking the prolific B.J. Symons of Texas Tech in the 7th Round. While he won't be looking at any playing time anytime soon, there's no arguing that the guy can chuck the ball. Also, another college QB, Nebraska's Jammal Lord, went in Round 6, though it looks like Houston is grooming him for depth at the safety position.
