All of the players who had been eligible for the 2004 NFL Draft under the challenge by Maurice Clarett are now ineligible for this weekend's draft. That's because of a ruling by the 2nd District Court of Appeals, which is considering Clarett's challenge but which won't have a full decision made until after the draft.
With Drew Henson now signed and traded to the Cowboys for a third round draft pick, he's out of the mix. Dallas got a steal on that one, in my opinion.
Cleveland won the coin flip with Atlanta, so they get the #7 pick and the Falcons get the #8 selection.
